Performance and culture survey
The company is looking into different mechanisms for measuring employee performance, and their link to high performing work cultures. Employee feedback is hugely important, and as such it would be great if you could provide feedback on the questions below.
It is really important that we capture all feedback, so please think carefully about your answers to the questions. All feedback will be anonymous, and once collated, will be analysed and may be included within a final report.
Following this survey, smaller focus groups will be arranged to collate further, more detailed responses. Attendees will be selected at random.
