RoHS Policy

Restriction of Hazardous Substances

The new RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2) entered into force on 21 July 2011. It covers “the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment”.

RoHS bans the introduction of new electrical and electronic equipment to the EU market containing higher than agreed levels of such hazardous substances.
