The UMS2 fully automated scanning system has been specifically designed to automate the repetitive tasks associated with the acquisition, display, storage and computation of data associated with the measurement and mapping of acoustic fields.
Unlike our competitors we do not make a standard product. ALL of our test tank systems are customised to suit the users particular measurement situation. The information and pictures will give an indication of what is possible but please contact us with your specific requirements. The UMS2 scanning system has passed the tests for Radiated and Conducted Emmissions and Immunity and is therefore ideal for use in a research enviroment. | Ultrasound measurements rely on the ability to measure accurately the acoustic field. The UMS2 system has three motorised axes (x,y,z) each capable of a six micron resolution and is supplied complete with electronic controle module, PC with preloaded UMS software and oscilloscope. Options include: "3 rotational axes positioning device" facilitates accurate alignment of the transducer's acoustic axis with the hydrophone; water conditioning system; hydrophone and transducer mounts
